This will depend upon the stage of construction that your home is at, when you sign your paperwork. Your New Homes Sales Specialist will go over details about the Builder’s closing date prior to your purchase.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS NOT COVERED IN THE PRICE?
All closing costs have been woven into your purchase price so that you do not have to factor in any extras other than your own lawyer, land transfer costs etc. The Builder will not be adding anything extra. If you decide to add a few upgrades that are offered, you will pay for those up front as well as any applicable taxes.

A total of 150k is required in the form of a personal cheque, money order or a bank draft and yes, it is split into 3 payments with 50k due at initial signing of your paperwork; 50k due when you remove your conditions (usually 2 weeks after signing) and are ready to move forward and then the final 50k due 60 days after you remove conditions
DOES MY NEW HOME COME WITH ANY KIND OF WARRANTY?
Yes! Every home comes with a 7-year Tarion warranty that takes effect once your home closes. You will receive information about your warranty at the time of purchase.
DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY OWN DESIGN AND COLOR SELECTIONS OF FLOORING AND CABINETRY?
Due to the incredible amount of time it now takes to receive materials and supplies from many vendors, all items are pre-ordered which not only saves an abundance of your own personal time, but ensures your home can be completed as efficiently as possible….but don’t worry, we have the BEST in house designer on staff and her selections never fail to wow and delight our purchasers.
