- GET A CLOSING COST ESTIMATE FROM YOUR LAWYER
- OBTAIN A BANK DRAFT OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE FOR THE CLOSING COSTS
- KEYS CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE MODEL HOME LOCATION – YOUR NEW HOMES SALES SPECIALIST WILL PROVIDE THE DETAILS
