    NON-EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS

     

    For Non-Emergency Warranty service requests, please submit your 30 Day, One Year and Two Year Tarion Forms using the Tarion MyHome Login. For any other concerns Non-Emergency requests or inquiries, please contact our Warranty Department in writing at warranty@dietrichhome.ca or using the contact form found on this page.

     

    EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS

     

    In the case of an Emergency, during business hours please contact our main line 705-768-6248 , and follow up with an email indicating a detailed description to warranty@dietrichhomes.ca.

     

    After business hours please refer to the Emergency Contact List provided at your PDI – Pre Delivery Inspection Appointment.

    The following items are considered to constitute an emergency:

     

    • Total loss of heat (September 15th – May 15th)
    • Gas Leak
    • Total loss of electricity
    • Total loss of water supply
    • Total sewage stoppage
    • Plumbing leak that requires complete water shut off
    • Major collapse of any part of the home’s exterior or interior structure
    • Major water penetration of the interior walls or ceiling
    • A large pool of standing water inside the home
    • Any situation where, in the opinion of Tarion, the home is uninhabitable for health or safety reasons
