    NON-EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS

    For Non-Emergency Warranty service requests, please submit your 30 Day, One Year and Two Year Tarion Forms using the Tarion MyHome Login. For any other concerns Non-Emergency requests or inquiries, please contact our Warranty Department in writing at [email protected] or using the contact form found on this page.

    EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS

    In the case of an Emergency, during business hours please contact our main line 705-768-6248 , and follow up with an email indicating a detailed description to [email protected].

    After business hours please refer to the Emergency Contact List provided at your PDI – Pre Delivery Inspection Appointment.
