Since then, Paul has completed thousands of land development and construction projects, ranging from townhomes and bungalows, to apartment buildings and adult inspired communities. Our exceptional team has built an upstanding reputation to become Peterborough and the Kawarthas’ most respected builder – with awards and industry recognition to prove it. Most recently, Dietrich Homes was awarded the Green Member and Production Builder of the Year awards by the Peterborough & The Kawarthas Home Builders’ Association.
