In 1985 Paul Dietrich had a vision to create a company that could build new homes at a lower cost than his competitors without sacrificing quality. Paul believed that if you provided customers a quality built home at a better price and extended respect, care and guidance to the needs of homebuyers, the business would be successful.

Paul credits his parents and family for his entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and dedication to his goals.

With over 35 years experience in land, condo and new home development, Paul has been faced with many different kinds of challenges in the homebuilding and construction industry, gracefully proving himself time and time again.

Paul is a strong supporter and advocate of Peterborough and the Kawarthas, and is passionate about consistently reinvesting in the communities that he builds and develops in.

An active registered TARION and HCRA Licensed Homebuilder and Land Developer within the Province of Ontario since 1985 and within The City of Peterborough and the Kawarthas since 1985 who has been building consistently every year since. Providing extensive experience in land development, new home development, condominium development and in the construction industry.

Registered and Qualified as a Building Practitioner with The Municipal Affairs and Housing. Awarded an Excellent rating for 35 consecutive years by TARION Warranty Corporation.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of Land Development, new home construction, Municipal Official Plans, and Zoning By-Laws.
