BUILDING A SAFER TOMORROW

BUILDING A SAFER TOMORROW

Commitment to Health and Safety: Our Journey

At Dietrich Homes, we believe that there is immense power in prioritizing health and safety. It is not just a responsibility for business owners and managers, but a collective effort that engages every member of our organization. It is a journey with no endpoint, and a commitment that is forever evolving. Our ultimate goal is simple: everyone returns home each day unharmed and in good health.

Our involvement in the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board’s (WSIB) Health and Safety program, HSEp, has been instrumental in fostering a healthier and safer work environment in Ontario. HSEp assists businesses of all sizes in developing their health and safety programs based on industry best practices. For us at Dietrich Homes, participating in this program has been an essential component of our ongoing journey towards excellence in health and safety.

Voices from Our Team

Here’s what one of our team members had to say: “The Dietrich Homes Team strives to promote Health and Safety Awareness and Excellence at our work sites and ‘off site.’ We engage all workers in this endeavor and extend leadership, respect, and understanding to all workers to ensure ALL workers return home safe each and every day.

Participating in W.S.I.B/IHSA initiatives via ‘HESp’ with our Team and Vendors routinely instills Health and Safety as an integral part of our workdays. Daily ‘Tool
Box Talks,’ Weekly Site Inspections, and ’roundtable’ discussions with all workers convey that WORKER Health and Safety is a priority.”
