What is a Net-Zero Ready Home?

The Net-Zero Ready Homes in addition to being extremely well built are made with more insulation, high-performance windows, and excellent airtightness to enhance energy efficiency. In order to balance the remaining energy needed, the home has been designed and constructed to easily put renewable energy systems in place.

Net-Zero Ready Homes are up to 80% more energy efficient than typical new homes – producing as much clean energy as they consume.
